On a downer note, Josh and Jen are now sick. Jen is throwing up every few hours. Josh is mostly done. I'm still getting better.

I am at 56,412 words, and am closing in on the finale. One, maybe two more days in front of the computer and it will be finished. might have finished today, but I was so sick on sunday that I didn't even get out of bed except to go pray to the gods of the bowl.
Not sure if anyone will even like what I wrote. Wrote it for myself mostly, to prove I could. Jen tells me I am one heck of a storyteller. we'll see.

currently at 51,377 words. figure I need another ten thousand or so words. Finished the one part I was worried about getting right, and have moved to the endgame. Yay.

Ok. where do I begin? Work? Home? kids? health?
Work. So there is a rumor going around that 100 people are getting the ax tomorrow. Don't know if it is true or not, but it has Jen and I a little worried.
Home. Did a bit of writing today, and I am over 46,000 words. This story is going to top out around 65,000 I think.
kids. indroduced to three stooges this evening. Haven't seen them laugh so hard since mr. bean.
health. still hurts when I cough and if I talk for more then a few seconds or so, I break into a coughing fit. sucks.
got the weeknd off to heal up. should have the book done by thanksgiving day. Target day anyway. got a big champions game on sunday, last one for about ten days or so. Thanksgiving weekend is going to be busy, I work, and we go to Aunt Sharon's for dinner that sunday.

broke 40,000 today. currently at 41,432. will likely be around 43,000 by evening. shooting for 50,000 by thursday afternoon. Try to finish the book by next tuesday, wednsday at the latest. wish me luck.

Broke 30,000 words just a few minutes ago. Been hard to write today. I'm in a bit of pain from work. I ache all over and am not sleeping well. Had a really bad dream during a little nap that I took. spooked me a bit.
This weekend should be fun. Jen and I are both off, so lots of time with her is scheduled. After not seeing her more then 30 minutes a day all week I am ready to just spend as much time with her as possible.
I miss her.

I'm up to 28,247 words as of tonight. Getting a bit intense. should crack 30,000 a little after work thursday. got a teachers meeting in the pm, so won't be writing much.

I just passed the 25,000 word mark. the miniumum word count is 50,000. ten days. good pace going. I honestly belive if I had three days all shut up in a room with no distractions I could knock out the rest of it, four days at the outside. under current conditions should be around the 25th or so. wish me luck.

survived the weekend, altough sunday was close. was up for work at 2:30 am and went to sleep that night at midnight.  In between I squeezed in work, lunch with my wife, playtime with the kids, and axis and allies game(Which I totally got beaten in) the new Ed, Edd, and Eddy cartoon with Josh, sunday night football (yay cowboys) and met Jen at the door when she arrive dhome at 11:15 pm. Oh and managed to tag off another 1,00 ords or so. That was sunday.
Today, Jen I worked on repairing the back steps, using concrete and bricks, had breakfast, put three possible games together for the weekend, and write nearly 4,000 words of my novel for the national novel writing month.
 I am up to 20,000 plus words as of right now, and needed a little break. Kids will be home soon, Jen is napping and my back is sore. Life is good.
to all my guy friends out there, heres a punch in the arm and an attaboy. To all my "girlfriends" out there heres a big hug and a wheeeedoggie don't you look cute.

Haven't written here for a few days. actually I have written a large amount in the last few days. Its national novel writing month, and I started on the 1st. As of today I have written over 14,000 word and roughly 45 pages.
Minumum to count is 50,000 words. Not going to be an issue. the only issue is can I write fast enough. I'm going at a good pace considering how my   schedule  is laid out. I hope to actually finish around the 26th or so. Wish me luck.
